Let's Talk Food
Bloopers and Out Takes
Not in Kansas

All the food we tasted was wonderful. Here are a few of my favorites:

  • Mango Shakes
  • Siopao - Round puffy bread stuffed with pork
  • Chorizo - Morning sausages in a thick sweet sauce
  • Pancit - noodles and chicken
  • Chicken/Pork Adobo
  • Grilled Pork
  • Pork, pork, pork - fatty goodness - they serve the pork with the fat still on and fat has a great flavor
  • Fish - grilled, dried, fried, boiled, soup
  • Grilled chicken from the market
  • Conk Shells
  • Breakfast (fried eggs, bread, rice, hot dogs, sausages)
  • Cuchinta - Round sweet desserts
  • Tuba - red, coconut wine mixed w/ coke (or w/ coke chaser)
  • And who could forget all the RICE! Especially rice cooked in coconut leaves (Puso)
